Panel Grove Field books annual custody reviews in planned windows so practitioners can coordinate Jeju vault hours, mainland ferry routes, and family signing calendars. Below is our typical year — exact dates shift slightly each season.

Q1 — Planning & inventory refresh

January New-client planning sessions for reserves that missed autumn reviews. Inventory ledger templates issued. Office-only; no field visits during New Year week.

February Seed phrase documentation audits for clients who moved storage sites over winter. Single-day Jeju site visits.

March Cold storage site mapping for new reserve structures before spring travel. Multi-site mapping begins; mainland slots limited.

Q2 — Spring field season

April Annual review field visits — Jeju bank vaults and home safes. Recovery rehearsals scheduled mid-month.

May Mainland vault examinations (Busan, Seoul corridors) coordinated from Jeju. Ferry-dependent; book six weeks ahead.

June Final spring review reports delivered. Mid-year audit slots open. Office closure 3–5 June for local holiday.

Q3 — Summer & rehearsal focus

July Recovery rehearsal sessions for families before summer travel. Jeju office preferred; limited field visits.

August Light scheduling — planning calls for autumn review cohort. Practitioner training week; reduced availability.

September Peak annual review season begins. Autumn cohort planning closes end of month. Book before winter signatory departures.

Q4 — Autumn reviews & reporting

October Primary field visit month for annual custody reviews. Mainland and Jeju sites in parallel where possible.

November Recovery rehearsals and final site visits. Custody reports in production. Reports delivered before year-end for most clients.

December Report delivery and next-year planning. Emergency seed audits by request. Office closed 25 December – 1 January.
