Who this review serves
Families and small treasuries who maintain offline cryptocurrency reserves across more than one physical location — bank safe deposit boxes, home safes, attorney escrow, or mainland vaults reachable from Jeju. The review is for holders who need an independent annual record, not live portfolio management.
What is included
- Planning session at our Jeju office or by secure phone to map all offline sites, signing authorities, and device types before any field visit
- Inventory ledger update listing each hardware wallet, metal backup, and paper envelope with tamper-evident seal numbers photographed under client supervision
- On-site examinations at each agreed location; practitioners document seals, storage conditions, and access logs without powering devices or requesting seed phrases over unsecured channels
- Recovery rehearsal optional module: supervised drill using client-provided test wallets or blank devices to verify that documented procedures match actual holdings
- Signed custody report delivered within ten business days of the final site visit, suitable for trustees and legal counsel
What is excluded
- Trading, exchange, or custodial account management
- Network-connected wallet setup or remote access configuration
- Tax filing or legal representation
- Purchase or transport of hardware devices (we can advise; procurement is client responsibility)
Provider and process
Reviews are led by Panel Grove Field custody practitioners — former bank operations staff and certified information handlers based in Jeju. A typical engagement opens with a planning call in the quarter before your preferred review month. Field visits are scheduled in sequence to minimise ferry and flight gaps when mainland sites are involved.
Timeline
Most clients complete planning in month one, site visits in months two through three, and receive the final report before the end of the review quarter. Complex multi-site reserves may extend across two quarters.
Preparation
Gather prior custody reports, vault access authorisations, and a list of all locations where seed material or hardware may exist — including items family members may have forgotten to disclose. Do not email seed phrases or private keys.
