1. Acceptance

2. Services described
Panel Grove Field provides planning, on-site examination, documentation, and reporting for offline cryptocurrency reserve custody. We do not provide investment advice, trading, exchange services, or networked wallet management.
3. Website use
You may browse this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt site operation, scrape content for republication without permission, or use the contact form to transmit seed phrases, private keys, or other sensitive cryptographic material.
4. Intellectual property
All text, layouts, custody report templates, and branding on this site are owned by Panel Grove Field Custody Advisory unless otherwise noted. Client-specific custody reports delivered under engagement remain client property; we retain no rights to client key material.
5. Engagements and quotes
Service scope, fees, and schedules are confirmed in writing before field visits. Verbal estimates on this website are informational. Deposits and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Panel Grove Field Custody Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or custody advisory services. Our liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
We document offline holdings as observed during scheduled visits. We do not guarantee market values, future accessibility of third-party vaults, or outcomes of recovery drills.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Panel Grove Field against claims arising from your misuse of this website, submission of unlawful content via contact forms, or failure to provide accurate site access information for scheduled field visits.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeju, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Material changes apply to new engagements after the posting date.
